In our modern and spacious wellness area you will find a steam bath with build in lights with many different color features, which creates an amazing atmosphere.

The light automatically changes color so all you have to do is lean back and relax.

Steam is a combination of heat and humidity, which softens your muscles and has a relaxing, recovering and cleansing effect on your body.

You achieve the best impact by combining steam with a cold shower or a dip in the cold pool immediately after the steam bath. That will cause the blood vessels to contract after being expanded in the steam bath.
