Warm Pool

The warm water pool is 36 degrees warm and is pure pleasure for the body. In this pool, you can lean back and enjoy the peace and warm water surrounding your body.

Cold Pool

The cold water pool is 18 degrees cold and you will benefit from using this straight after a stay in the sauna or steam bath when the body needs to cool down.

Please note; If you are using these pools after a stay in the sauna or steam bath you are required to rinse off sweat in the shower prior to getting into either of these pools.
